How Does Energy Enter Into Our Body During Meditation?

Meditation Secrets

Many people say that when we do meditation, we gain [or sense] lot of energy but not all understand how this energy enters into our body during the Meditation.

First Step: We should sit straight to do Meditation in any process. Why we should we sit just in that posture?

Whenever we sit straight our spinal cord will be in such a position where in all of our energy junctions or Chakras form a special alignment, so that a magnetic field is generated around the Spinal Cord. This magnetic field attracts the cosmic energy into our inner self through thalamus [Brahma Randhra], like a magnetic placed around metal pieces attracts them.

That is why in any Meditation process we should sit straight without doubt.

Second Step: We should concentrate on any one process in Meditation to gain energy. Why should we not get energy in normal state? Why should we concentrate on any object (inside or outside)?

In our body, near the thalamus, an invisible energy gate is endowed by the nature [or god]. This energy gate always remains closed when we are in normal state [it is due to lack of concentration - that means our thinking is different from our actions or we are doing something and at the time we are thinking something else]. So we miss the energy which is spread around our surroundings or around the earth and universe (Cosmic energy).

When we concentrate on any one activity then the energy gate is open and it allows the energy in our self.

That is why we should concentrate in all of the Meditation processes to get the cosmic energy during the Meditation. With every thought our brain releases some frequency and this is going to disturb the energy gate. That is why it is always closed during the normal state. Our frequency must be consistent to open the energy gate, so we need to concentrate on things that we makes our mind to be in present.
